A day on my toddlers plate

Breakfast of champions to start off the day. Two weet-bixs with water not milk as Lorenzo has a dairy allergy.

I mush it up so it’s easy for him. Throughout the day for snacks hers & there or when we are in the car and it’s a long drive I’ve started buying ” messy monkeys” they are whole grain bites ” your child will think they are eating chips.” They are gluten free and a 4 star health rating,

I’ve been slowly adding dairy into Lorenzo’s diet like my doctor has suggested so we have been trying cheese flavoured he doesn’t get this snack every single day and it’s only a sometimes snack so I can’t say if he’s had a reaction yet because of these.

for lunch it was left overs which was spaghetti Lorenzo’s favourite!

Late afternoon snack is apples cut up with Cheerios his favourite!

For dinner we had rice paper rolls with satay chicken with snow peas.

And that’s a standard food menu for Lorenzo.

Mummy shark 😘
